Shipping and Delivery
For security reasons, all LINZI WANN, LLC online purchases will require an adult signature upon delivery regardless of any signature waivers you might have in place with the freight carrier. In addition, purchases are not shipped to P.O. Boxes or to any other address that does not allow for receipt and signature by the purchaser. Please note that these requirements are for your protection and if you would prefer to have the delivery made to a FedEx or UPS location, please e-mail firstname.lastname@example.org.
All purchases are shipped via FedEx or UPS at our discretion. All items in stock will be shipped within 48 hours after receipt of the order subject to the delivery schedule below. If the item is not in stock, we will advise you within 24 hours as to when to anticipate the shipment will be made. LINZI WANN, LLC will not be responsible for any unanticipated delays and all delivery dates are therefore not guaranteed but are only an approximation and should not be relied upon as definitive.
A shipping confirmation is e-mailed to you as soon as your order has been shipped. To ensure the security of your delivery, we do not provide tracking numbers.
Returns and Exchanges
LINZI WANN, LLC prides itself on customer satisfaction and we want you to be completely satisfied with every purchase. However, if you are not satisfied with your purchase for any reason whatsoever, we will provide a full refund or exchange must be made within 30 days of the date of delivery and must be made within 30 days of security tag intact and all the original packaging. For any promotional or sale merchandise, returns or exchanges must be made within 10 days from date of receipt. Shipping charges from the original purchase are not refundable and shipping and insurance costs on the return or exchange will be at your expense.
We will not accept any merchandise that has been worn, used, scratched, or damaged in any way or where the security tag has been removed on specific merchandise. Additionally, any custom or special orders and any merchandise that has been modified or altered in any way cannot be returned or exchanged. Failure to follow the specific Return or Exchange conditions below will result in the request for the Return or Exchange being denied.
Easy-to-follow instructions for returning/exchanging merchandise are included with each shipment. Every effort will be made to ensure a prompt refund or exchange and an e-mail notification will be sent once the return/exchange has been processed.
To Make a Return or Exchange
We recommend shipping returned merchandise via FedEx, UPS, or insured parcel post for tracking purposes and that you make sure that the package is insured for the full purchase price of the item(s) being returned on the original invoice. Please note that you are responsible for the cost of all shipping, insurance, and handling charges on the return. LINZI WANN, LLC assumes no responsibility or liability for the loss of and/or damage to any merchandise sent for return or exchange while in transit to our location. Please follow these easy steps to make sure that there is no issue with the return:
Email email@example.com informing it of a return and you will receive an Authorization number. The form will provide you with all the instructions for returning the item(s). Please make sure to write the Return Authorization Number clearly on the front of the package to allow for proper processing of your Return or Exchange.
Package Your Return. Please securely and carefully wrap the merchandise in the original packaging materials and make sure that each item is fully protected to prevent damage in transit. Please include all original packaging such as jewelry boxes and collateral material. For security reasons, do not write LINZI WANN, LLC’S name anywhere on the outside of the box but address to:

Insure Your Package. The package must be insured for the full purchase price of the item(s) being returned as listed on the original invoice. You must follow these instructions exactly as failure to do so will prevent the processing of your return.
Once we receive the returned merchandise, the item(s) will be checked by our Quality Control Department. Upon arrival, we will process your request for a return within 7 business days of the receipt of the merchandise and we will issue a refund via the original payment method.
LINZI WANN, LLC reserves the right to refuse to accept any Return that does not meet the above return requirements at LINZI WANN, LLC’s sole discretion.
