Refund policy

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

To start a return, you can contact us at info@linziwann.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, products marked down in price and custom products (such as special orders or personalized items) are final sale items and not eligible for return. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

Customers may return or exchange items up to 14 days after delivery. Returns will not be accepted if requested over 14 days passed the delivery date noted on the order tracking. Any extensions to the exchange time frame must be requested before the 14 days have expired. There are no extensions on refunds. 

Products marked down in price and custom products (such as special orders or personalized items) are final sale items and not eligible for return. Please note that full priced items purchased using discount codes or during a site-wide sale period are considered final sale.

WHAT WILL MY REFUND LOOK LIKE?
Once we've received your returned item, you will be credited back to your original form of payment, minus the $11.99 restocking fee. If a credit or charge card has been used to make this purchase, the terms and conditions in the agreement between the cardholder and the issuer of that credit card shall also apply.
Please allow five business days for your return or exchange to be processed once we have received your package. We will notify you via e-mail once we have received and processed your return. Shipping fees on your original order are non-refundable.
How do I return or exchange an item?
To return or exchange an item, follow these steps:
1. Notify info@linziwann.com of intent to return item.
2. Place all original packaging in return mail.
3. Use United State Postal Office Priority Mail with tracking.
4. Forward tracking number to info@linziwann.com

If you need your exchange item(s) quickly, we can place a new order for you and have it shipped as soon as possible. Once we've received your returned item, you will be credited back to your original form of payment.
